Where do we ship?
Through our website we ship to the UK and Europe. If you live outside of the EU please contact us so we can arrange a special delivery for you.
My shipment arrived damaged what should Ido?
1. Where possible report and record the damage to the courier on receipt.
2. You must immediately take detailed pictures of the damaged item from multiple angles and possibly of the original packaging.
3. Contact us via email providing us with the pictures and some context for the insurance company.
4. After that we will get back to you with further details.
